This is a remote position.

  • Strategic Planning : Formulating effective long-term strategies that align with the business goals, market dynamics, and internal capabilities.
  • Process Optimization : Identifying operational gaps and implementing improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity.
  • Quality Control : Ensuring that the services meet established quality standards and are compliant with regulations.
  • Team Leadership : Empowering teams through effective leadership and mentorship to enhance performance and build a culture of positivity and engagement.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Working closely with other departments, such as finance, marketing, learning and development, and recruitment to achieve shared goals.
  • Performance Monitoring : Assessing key performance data to ensure operational efficiency and enable informed decision-making.
  • Compliance : Upholding company standards while ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.
  • Budgeting & Finance : Managing operational budgets, analyzing financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations, management,  leadership, and marketing is essential.

Strategic Thinking : Has the ability to develop long-term plans and strategies for business success.

Problem-Solving : Has the capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

Analytical Skills : Has the ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Can work full-time EST hours

Has strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.

  • Main liaison between the company and its clients, focusing on setting up and nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. -Strategic Planning : Work with the clients to understand their needs, develop and implement strategies for business growth and sustainability while keeping in mind maximizing the support available through their Smart VAs Team. -Project Management : Plan and execute projects, set deadlines, assign tasks, and ensure successful completion by coordinating with the Operations Team and providing solutions to problems. -Metrics & Performance Tracking : Establish and track key performance metrics, evaluate insights, and adapt plans to keep the business aligned with its goals. -Identifying new business opportunities within their assigned accounts.
