Requirements
Proven experience in operations, management, leadership, and marketing is essential.
Strategic Thinking : Has the ability to develop long-term plans and strategies for business success.
Problem-Solving : Has the capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Analytical Skills : Has the ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Can work full-time EST hours
Has strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.

Main liaison between the company and its clients, focusing on setting up and nurturing long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. -Strategic Planning : Work with the clients to understand their needs, develop and implement strategies for business growth and sustainability while keeping in mind maximizing the support available through their Smart VAs Team. -Project Management : Plan and execute projects, set deadlines, assign tasks, and ensure successful completion by coordinating with the Operations Team and providing solutions to problems. -Metrics & Performance Tracking : Establish and track key performance metrics, evaluate insights, and adapt plans to keep the business aligned with its goals. -Identifying new business opportunities within their assigned accounts.
