Job Summary :
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product visibility, increase sales, and strengthen brand presence in retail and distribution channels. This role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring that promotional activities are effective and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute trade marketing plans for different sales channels
Coordinate with sales teams to design promotional activities for key accounts
Manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives and ensure cost efficiency
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities
Oversee the creation of point-of-sale materials and merchandising displays
Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and trade partners
Monitor, evaluate, and report on trade marketing performance metrics
Qualifications :
3–5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, brand management, sales, or retail marketing
Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries is highly preferred
Proven success in planning and executing trade campaigns or promotions
Willing to travel for schools or Universities, events, or distributor coordination
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into marketing strategies
