The Role

As a Project and Change Management Junior Analyst, you will support projects, systems enhancements and change requests implementation impacting FINCON by conducting due diligence to understand and document business requirements, drive business requirement documentation and sign off, performs UAT testing based on test scripts, review and validation activities to validate impact FINCON modules and booking, elevates issues to ensure timely disposition, and improve control measures that will mitigate risks on the accounts handled by the Department in accordance with established policies and procedures. Perform PMO activities to support Project Lead in tracking the pipeline of activities.

How You'll Contribute

• Performs extensive User Acceptance Testing, review and validation activities for projects, BAU system fixes, system implementation and enhancement impacting FINCON
• Drives coordination and discussion with FINCON teams to initiate projects and process transformations; ensure identified action items are closed on time; drive KOP updates and knowledge transfer / process trainings across all FINCON
• Support FINCON in creating business requirement, driving business case and solutioning discussions to address business concerns by conducting due diligence and fitgap analysis as needed
• Perform testing, review and validation activities for BAU issue fixes, Oracle System Updates and COA Updates; Drive completion of impact assess activities impacting FINCON

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
• At least 2 years of experience in project management and UAT process
• Comprehension on the concept of Accounting Principles
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ MS Word/ MS Outlook / SharePoint
• Knowledgeable and experience in UAT Process, Basic Project Management Skills, Macro skills preferred
