Tenant Relations : Serving as a primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, and managing tenant inquiries.
Administrative Support : Answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
Lease Management : Processing lease agreements, renewals, and related paperwork.
Property Showings : Coordinating and scheduling property viewings for prospective tenants or buyers.
Maintenance Coordination : Receiving and processing maintenance requests, liaising with vendors and contractors, and monitoring the completion of repairs.
Financial Tasks : Assisting with rent collection, preparing financial reports, coding invoices, and tracking expenses.
Marketing & Advertising : Preparing marketing materials and posting listings for vacant properties.
Record Keeping : Maintaining organized and updated files for tenants, vendors, and properties.
