We are looking for an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our client's recruitment and human resources functions. This role will focus on end-to-end talent acquisition for creative and production roles, manage payroll and employee records, and assist in various HR-related tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles such as live streamers, hosts / MCs, videographers / editors, and livestream operators.
- Conduct initial interviews and manage assessments / auditions in coordination with department heads.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
- Manage job postings across platforms and handle recruitment-related social media content.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, freelance communities, and talent agencies.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain and update employee attendance and leave records.
- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding, including document collection, contract signing, and system entry.
- Conduct new hire orientation and company briefings.
- Maintain organized HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, leave, and benefits.
- Assist in tracking performance and maintaining evaluation documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 2 years of experience in HR coordination or generalist role.Experience in the livestreaming or media industry is an advantage but not required.Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR-related tools.
