Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or any related field.
Prior experience in marketing, brand management, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools, analytics platforms, and online applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams, customers, partners, and external agencies.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work collaboratively across different departments and with external stakeholders.
Must be willing and able to maintain strong on-ground presence and represent the brand at all marketing activities, dealer events, launches, and company-led initiatives.
Marketing Head – Key Responsibilities
Lead the overall marketing strategy and ensure effective execution across digital, retail, and brand initiatives.
Consolidate, analyze, and report on website performance, campaign metrics, and social media analytics to guide business decisions.
Manage and direct the external social media / marketing agency—providing clear briefs, overseeing content calendars, ensuring timely output, and maintaining consistent brand identity.
Personally oversee content quality, messaging direction, and all customer / community interactions on social platforms when needed.
Interpret customer surveys, questionnaires, and research results to identify opportunities for product, brand, and market growth.
Drive creative ideation and development of marketing campaigns that support sales targets and brand positioning.
Plan, organize, and execute presentations, dealer events, launch activations, and promotional activities.
Work closely with customers, dealers, partners, and external agencies to ensure smooth coordination of marketing initiatives.
Lead market research efforts—from identifying requirements to consolidating insights and recommending actions.
Collaborate with the internal team to conceptualize, implement, and optimize cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities.
Take full ownership of marketing timelines, deliverables, and execution, given that the role currently has no direct assistant.
