Responsibilities
Oversees, drives and designs organization wide employee engagement programs.Leads new customer / People Group engagement planning. Coordinates and ensures effective scoping, planning and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.Develops and maintains strong client relationships at all client organization levels through demonstrated customer focus and People Group consulting competence.Integrates wellness and safety in employee welfare programs of the organization.Assesses relevant needs of the organization as basis of employee engagement and welfare programs.Skills
