JOB PURPOSE : Responsible for managing the CEO’s paperwork, business affairs, communications, and travel arrangements; Critical in ensuring the CEO’s daily operations run smoothly and efficiently; Responsible for Administrative Support, Communication Management, Travel Coordination, Meeting and Event Planning, Business Operations, and Efficiency Enhancement
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of course / s relevant to the role | Must be with Latin Honors
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Basic Computer Skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical and able to think critically to solve problems efficiently
- Confident in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively
- Capable of handling confidential information with utmost discretion
