Customer Service - Logistics / Dispatch Specialist in Davao Site

Qualifications :

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight operations.
• Experience in brokerage logistics (preferred or considered a strong plus).
• Familiarity with shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and updating clients or systems.
• Knowledge of logistics and freight terminology, including LTL, FTL, 3PL, and freight brokerage.
• Proficient in using logistics software, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and tracking tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple shipments and updates.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data entry accuracy.
