Site QA / QC

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Determine and performs inspections on all procedures and oversees testing methods of materials to maintain high standards in quality
• Collates the Material Data specs and organizes samples for review of Senior QAQC prior to submission of client
• Assists Senior QAQC for review of material qualities to ensure compliance to project requirements
• Generates and updates all QAQC submittal documents for review of Senior QAQC prior submission to the client
• Assists Senior QAQC in all Weekly Site construction meeting with the client and in-house operations team
• Does daily inspections and generates punch lists and ncrs for the review of senior QAQC prior submission to in house operations team
• Does site coordination with Client's fellow junior QAQC to coordinate any matters and issues that may occur and immediately reports this to the senior QAQC for further advise
• Ensures and monitors that the punch list internal and Client's punch list are done prior to any viewing or handover
• Assists the Senior QAQC in acquiring signoffs of handover forms from client
• Assists in monitoring area schedule
