Your day-to-day in a nutshell :

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Resolving customer inquiries / requests
  • Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
  • Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications :

  • High School or Senior High School graduate required
  • Minimum of six (6) months of prior sales experience (to include upsell and cross-sell) required
  • Previous work experience in the healthcare industry or work experience with senior living / care desired
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy, composure, and pleasant tone
  • Ability to resolve customer conflicts while supporting company policies
  • Ability to understand customer issues and gain agreement on the issue
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Highly effective organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in systems navigation
