The Events Assistant will support the events team in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including corporate functions, social gatherings, promotional activities, and internal meetings. He / she will be involved in providing administrative support, vendor coordination, on-site assistance, and post-event reporting to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.

The ideal candidate should have at least internship experience in the events department and / or a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. He / she should have strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, both written and oral. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Opera system is also preferred. He / she should also possess creative problem-solving abilities, familiarity with social media and digital event promotion, attention to detail, be goal-oriented, and have the ability to work under pressure.
