Services Quotation Engineer

We're looking for an experienced, detail-driven professional who can manage complex quotations, support sales productivity, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Analyze complex quotation requests and provide well-structured, competitive service proposals aligned with customer specifications, technical drawings, and scope requirements
• Conduct advanced risk and opportunity assessments and prepare detailed cost analyses using established pricing tools and methodologies
• Act as a primary liaison between customers, distributors, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication, resolve technical and commercial concerns, and support successful deal closure
• Manage and process quotations and sales orders with fast turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with internal standards
• Handle customer inquiries on order status, repairs, returns, and delivery schedules with professionalism and strong service orientation
