Head of Financial Planning

We’re looking for a highly driven Finance Business Partner who will work closely with the Brand Head to manage the company’s operating budget and capital expenditures. This role plays a strategic part in optimizing profitability , developing financial strategies , and ensuring strong financial decision‑making to support the business.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis across the brand.
• Analyze business performance, provide insight on trends, and recommend action steps.
• Prepare accurate financial reports including sales, expenditure, and ROI analysis.
• Support strategic planning and business initiatives with financial models and studies.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams, and offer financial training when needed.
• Design and implement budgeting processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Mentor and supervise junior finance staff.
• Spearhead process improvements and data‑driven decision‑making within the brand team.
