Workday Solutions Architect

As a Workday Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and value-driven Workday solutions for our clients. You will work at the intersection of business transformation and cloud technology, helping clients unlock efficiency, agility, and insights through the Workday platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end solution architecture and design of Workday implementations across HCM, Finance, and Payroll domains.
• Partner with client executives and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into practical Workday‑enabled solutions.
• Design and validate integration strategies, data migration approaches, and security models that align with KPMG’s quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure solution consistency across global templates, local statutory requirements, and KPMG’s methodology.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance during configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, guiding them through process optimization and cloud adoption best practices.
• Mentor consultants and analysts, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the delivery team.
• Support business development activities, including solution design for proposals, client demos, and thought leadership initiatives.
