Job Description

• Lead execution of bancassurance strategy across channels and partners
• Act as Relationship Manager for branches, subsidiaries, vendors, and insurance partners
• Champion insurance referral and cross-sell programs across customer segments
• Oversee product development, lead generation, processing, and payments
• Coordinate with operations and finance to ensure compliance and process integrity
• Support the Bancassurance Head in achieving business growth targets

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or insurance licenses preferred
• 15+ years in bancassurance, banking, or insurance with program and relationship management experience
• 10+ years leading sales teams with a proven track record in coaching and performance
• Strong knowledge of general insurance and strategic partnerships
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Highly adaptable, driven, and able to navigate complex organizational structures
