Sewing Line Leader / Supervisor

1. Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, machinery and quality standards.

2. Can support to new and existing operators on sewing techniques and machinery operation.

3. Good leadership and team management skills.

4 Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other department

5. Monitor quality control processes, conducting regular inspections on products and identifying areas for improvement.

6. Address and resolve any issues related to sewing processes and team performance.
