DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationship with loan consultants (existing and new)
- Maintain regular communication with active and inactive loan consultants, providing timely updates on program changes, new initiatives, and available support to foster engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as the point of contact for all concerns and inquiries of loan consultants, address and resolve any issue, concerns and complaints promptly
- Track and monitor loan consultant’s daily releases and productions and provide regular reports to the branch manager.
- Provide reports on loan consultants feedback and potential issues to the branch manager
- Endorse back to Branch Manager (BM) if they see that the concerns of loan consultants are being answered repeatedly and the same way
- Support the management team in additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the business and the achievement of strategic goals.
- Other tasks that the management team deems necessary.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Requirement : Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Work Experience : at least 6 months to 1 year of experience relevant to the position.
Workdays : The workweek will include weekend shifts, and employees are expected to attend work during weekends as part of their regular schedule.
