Senior Post-Production Specialist

Salary Range: Php 25,000 - 30,000 Responsibilities: Visual Effects Supervision and Direction Supervise the planning, execution, and integration of visual effects in multimedia projects, ensuring alignment with the director’s vision and creative objectives.

Oversee on-set VFX requirements including green screen setup, tracking markers, lighting references, and data capture for seamless post-production compositing.

Lead creative and technical direction for VFX-heavy projects, ensuring accuracy, realism, and consistency in animation, simulations, and effects.

Review, critique, and approve VFX sequences and assets to maintain high-quality standards across all outputs.

Collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers, production designers, and post teams to determine the most efficient and effective VFX solutions.

Audio and Video Editing Edit sound, video, or combined files using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Record, edit, and mix audio tracks, enhancing sound quality and adding effects a Necessary.

Create and integrate animation, sound effects, titles, subtitles, and other visual elements into projects.

Curate and maintain sound libraries for use in post-production work.

Quality Assurance and Control Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure alignment with creative intent and technical specification Utilize a range of techniques to enhance video and audio quality for clarity and impact.

Adhere closely to directives and feedback from directors, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Showcase expertise in each project, possessing comprehensive knowledge of its storyline and technical requirements.

Project Management Perform general post-production duties, including media ingestion, troubleshooting, and delivery to producers.

Manage project timelines and budgets for post-production tasks, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to financial constraint Provide accurate estimates for project scopes using industry-standard methods.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring smooth project workflow Pitches and Presentations Participate in pitch presentations and brainstorming sessions, providing support and insights in role.

Assist in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.

Industry Knowledge Be knowledgeable on market developments and opportunities around the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to creative operations and project management.

Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in operational processes and tools.

AI Research and Development Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and technologies relevant to post-production, VFX, animation, and sound design workflows. Develop and test AI-powered solutions for automating repetitive tasks, enhancing creative capabilities, and accelerating turnaround times.

Collaborate with internal teams to pilot AI-assisted tools such as generative fill, rotoscoping, motion tracking, speech enhancement, and style transfer.

Stay updated with advancements in machine learning, computer vision, and generative media to assess potential applications for content creation.

Document research findings and share best practices with team members to support adoption of AI in daily workflows.

Partner with developers, creatives, and producers to integrate AI solutions in a way that enhances—not replaces—human creativity and decision-making.
