Your Role
Key responsibilities include :
- Making sport accessible in the community by sharing its benefits with customers and users.
- Supporting customers’ sports journey via visual merchandising, store layouts, and campaigns.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty across all channels through relationship building and excellent experiences.
- Driving business growth with promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Managing product availability and making decisions on layout plans, products, and services offered by Decathlon.
