About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking passionate and dedicated Work From Home - Regular Fintech to join our team. In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our healthcare clients. The position is based in Bacolod.
What you'll be doing
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide resolutions to their inquiries and concerns
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent customer service
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and provide support as needed
What we're looking for
Completed 2yrs college OR K12 Grad + No exp required but 6mos exp preferred
(2hrs away from Bacolod Site)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate various software systems
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to contribute to a dynamic team
Flexible work schedule and ability to work from home
Willing to report to ON-SITE if needed
