Primarily responsible for the over-all efficient operation and systematic flow of the stores.
Specifically ensures profitability while maintaining the set reputation / standards of the company.
Also responsible for the business performance of the restaurant as well as maintaining the standard food, service, health and safety and implementation of promotional strategies and other store events and activities.
- Qualifications
- College graduate of any Business Course, with Masteral units an advantage
- At least 5 years' experience in similar or related job; 3 years of which is in Managerial capacity
- Knowledge in the following areas :
- full service restaurant
- Management and leadership skill
- Sales Analysis
- People / Public Relations
- Proficient in the following dimensions of management : HR, planning, communicating, mentoring and development
