Warehouse Team Leader

Supervision and Leadership :

Lead and motivate a team of warehouse workers.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Implement and enforce warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.

Quality and Efficiency :

Monitor and improve warehouse productivity and efficiency.

Identify and address potential problems or bottlenecks in the workflow.

Ensure that orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.

Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Communication and Collaboration :

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.

Liaise with transport and courier companies.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Safety and Compliance

Ensure all health and safety incidents and accidents are reported through the appropriate methods

Encourage a safe working environment throughout the warehouse

Monitor performance and productivity rates on an hourly basis for all operatives
