Job description :

Develop and execute a data strategy that aligns with the company's objectives, leading the data engineering team to build scalable and robust data solutions

Mentor and lead a team of data engineers and architects

Foster a collaborative, innovative and results-oriented environment within the team

Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data

Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications and programs

Manage timelines, resources and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously

Establish policies and procedures for data handling and sharing

Job Requirements

Relevant experience in data engineering with leadership role

Strong knowledge of data management, warehousing solutions and ETL processes

Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java

Strong knowledge in Google Cloud and understanding of SaaS environments
