About the Role :

Telos Media is seeking a Head of Finance to design and scale the financial foundation of our rapidly expanding portfolio of YouTube-first brands. From established hits like SolarBalls (1.6M+ subscribers, 12 languages, hundreds of millions of views, merchandise success, and now expanding onto streaming platforms), to our new but rapidly growing brands like the Atrium, to bold new launches in the pipeline, we’re building a rare kind of media company — fiercely independent, mission-driven, and built to scale.

Responsibilities :

Strategic Finance & Revenue Operations :

• Own company-wide P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and runway management across all business units (YouTube, Merch, Brand, Patreon, IP).
• Lead quarterly planning and revenue target-setting for each channel and product line.
• Drive scenario modeling and ROI assessments on new projects, channel launches, product experiments, or talent partnerships.
• Partner closely with brand leaders to shape monetization, pricing, and profitability strategies.
