Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall operations of the business unit, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define and implement business strategies that support long-term growth and profitability.
Drive the development and achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments and teams.
Provide strong leadership and mentorship to department heads and managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Oversee the design and execution of tactical initiatives to meet strategic goals and market demands.
Champion customer-centric practices by engaging with key clients and ensuring exceptional delivery of products or services.
Play a critical role in talent acquisition, development, and retention to build a strong, capable workforce.
Contribute to high-level decisions around investments in technology, infrastructure, and human capital.
Communicate strategic direction, performance outcomes, and key initiatives effectively across all levels of the organization.
Participate in broader organizational planning and collaborate with corporate leadership on company-wide priorities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in a senior leadership role with demonstrated success managing multi-functional teams and operations.
Strong understanding of business functions such as finance, sales, operations, HR, and customer service.
Demonstrated ability to lead business development initiatives and build long-term client relationships.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a track record of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
