Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company database using Zoho software.

Enter data from various digital sources (emails online forms shared drives) ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and document sharing using cloud-based tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work graveyard shift.
• Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
• Comfortable with cloud-based applications and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Discreet professional and possess a positive attitude.
• Experience working with a CEO or senior management is a plus but not mandatory.
