Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance. - Analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks. - Proficient in database management and SQL. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. - Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV. - This position is based at our Manila office.
