Employment type : Full-time, on-site.

This role is responsible for reviewing FS packages submitted by Finance Managers of managed hotels / condotels, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards; monitoring hotel / condotel compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements; assisting with the preparation of reports, reconciliations, and financial management during transitions; collaborating with internal audit and finance teams to strengthen internal controls; and providing temporary support when key finance positions in managed properties are vacant.

Responsibilities

• Review FS packages submitted by Finance Managers of managed hotels / condotels, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Monitor Hotel / Condotel compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, reconciliations, and financial management during transitions.
