Booking Salesman

Job Summary :

Booking Salesman coordinates activities of workers engaged in booking and keeping booking control records to ensure all booking are processed in a pleasant and efficient manner. Responsible to maintain effective communication on all bookings made to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to :

1. Maintains all elements of the booking system to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.

2. Ensure that all requests are handled in an efficient and timely manner.

3. Keeps immediate superiors promptly and fully informed of all the problems or unusual matters of significance.

4. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.

5. Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, assign duties and expedite work flow.

6. Responsible for managing subordinates, creating work schedule, assigning tasks, and handling workloads.

7. Ensures that all booking are processed.

8. Maintain record of all bookings and maintain accuracy in same and ensure compliance to all guest demands and manage all enquiries and provide response within required timeframe.

9. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
