We’re looking for a 3D Motion Designer who can bring concepts to life through bold, fluid, and technically precise motion design.
You’ll be creating animations that blend creativity with clarity — from product explainers and campaign visuals to branded motion systems. The ideal candidate combines strong design instincts with advanced 3D skills and a deep understanding of animation principles.

What You’ll Work On
3D and Motion Design
Design and animate 3D motion graphics for marketing videos, product explainers, and brand visualsCreate storyboards, style frames, and visual explorations to guide motion directionTranslate static assets into dynamic, brand-consistent animationsExperiment with lighting, textures, and camera movement to elevate visual impactCreative Collaboration
Work with designers, producers, and creative directors to refine concepts and executionContribute to ideation sessions and motion tests for upcoming campaignsMaintain organized project files and deliver assets ready for production handoffProvide creative input on how to simplify complex ideas through motionWorkflow and Optimization
Use After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D to produce polished final outputsImplement efficient rendering and compositing workflowsStay current on tools, plugins, and 3D animation trends that can streamline productionWhat You Bring
3+ years of experience in motion graphics design or animationProven experience creating 3D motion graphics using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar toolsStrong understanding of animation principles, composition, and timingProficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and IllustratorExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projectsComfortable working in a remote, fast-paced creative environmentNice to Have
