Project Assistant – ERP Systems (SCM, CRM, HCM, RDSM)

Location : Metro Manila (Hybrid or Remote)

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role

  • Kodanda Cloud is an enterprise software platform delivering powerful ERP solutions across Supply Chain Management (SCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Records & Document Management Systems (RDSM).
  • We’re looking for an experienced Project Assistant to lead successful end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects. If you thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven environments and know how to lead cross-functional teams, we want to work with you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
  • Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource maps
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) or apply Waterfall methods depending on project type
  • Coordinate developers, analysts, QA, and client-side teams
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular status meetings and update stakeholders on progress
  • Maintain complete documentation and ensure adherence to PM best practices
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
  • Project management experience (1+ years) in IT or software development
  • Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks
  • Experience using ClickUp, Google Sheets, Trello, Jira, or similar tools
  • Bonus : Background in business analysis or QA testing is a plus
