Job descriptionAssist in full project lifecycle from initiation to closure Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with internal and external stakeholders Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource maps Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) or apply Waterfall methods depending on project type Coordinate developers, analysts, QA, and client-side teams Monitor project performance, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies Conduct regular status meetings and update stakeholders on progress Maintain complete documentation and ensure adherence to PM best practices Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, IT, Business, or a related field Project management experience (1+ years) in IT or software development Familiar with Agile and Waterfall project delivery frameworks Experience using ClickUp, Google Sheets, Trello, Jira, or similar tools Bonus : Background in business analysis or QA testing is a plus Project Planning & Execution Stakeholder Management & Client Communication Risk and Issue Management Team Coordination & Leadership Agile and / or Waterfall Delivery Reporting, Documentation & Budget Tracking Strong Communication & Presentation Skills Time & Task Management Problem Solving Adaptability & Collaboration Keen Attention to Detail
