Facilities Manager

Job Description:

• As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing operational support to repairs, maintenance and upkeep of work areas including its equipment and FFE's.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that areas are in good working condition and all equipment such as power, communication, cooling systems, water systems etc. are operational

• Ensures safety & orderliness of the building premises

• Manages maintenance personnel

• Prepares required documentation on premises upgrading and repair works

Your Qualifications and Your Experiences should be

• Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• Minimum of 5 years in building management

You must be willing to be assigned in Makati.
