Salary : 55,000 - 65,000

Qualifications :

  • Must be a Lawyer / BAR Passer
  • Knowledge : A strong foundational understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or regulatory agency is highly preferred

Job Description :

Contract Management :

  • Draft, review, and assist in the negotiation of various agreements (e.g., loan agreements, NDAs, service contracts).
  • Maintain and organize legal documents, templates, and a master list of contracts.

    • Regulatory Compliance :

  • Assist in preparing and filing documents required by regulatory agencies (SEC, BIR, AMLC, etc.).
  • Monitor the latest developments in relevant laws and regulations and share key updates internally.
  • Support the implementation of internal policies related to Data Privacy, Corporate Governance, and Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA).

    • Corporate Legal & General Support :

  • Maintain official corporate records, such as Minutes of the Board of Directors' Meetings.
  • Serve as a legal point of contact for inquiries from other departments (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation, legal opinions, and other matters.
