Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist for one of our clients to manage their social media presence, create marketing materials, and help maintain a consistent and polished brand image across all platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with light to moderate graphic design experience and a keen eye for detail. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape their digital presence and make a tangible impact on their brand’s growth.
Social Media Management :
- Plan, create, and schedule three posts per week on Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers and monitor page activity to build brand awareness.
- Track post performance and suggest content improvements based on engagement
- data.
Graphic Design :
Design marketing assets, including brochures, event graphics, and promotionalmaterials.Create visuals consistent with our established brand guide.Collaborate with internal teams for content and layout alignment.Email Marketing :
Develop and send Mailchimp campaigns to existing clients and new prospects.Manage contact lists and analyze campaign performance metrics.Suggest improvements to increase open and click-through rates.Brand Management :
Serve as the owner and steward of the company’s brand guide.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and deliverables.Vendor Management :
Work with outside vendors (website design, print shops, trade show organizations, etc.) to ensure deliverables are on time and to specification.Requirements
5+ years of marketing, design, and social media experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environmentProficiency in Affinity Designer / Photo (Preferred) or Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop.Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.Strong English writing and proofreading skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with telecommunications or technology industries.Basic video editing skills.Basic understanding of analytics tools for social media or email marketing.A creative mindset with a focus on visual storytelling.Benefits
