Qualifications :
Solid leadership experience as a QA Manager in a Telco account
Preferably with sales account experience in the BPO industry
Strong background in people management, coaching, and performance monitoring
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Willing to work onsite in Pasig on a night shift schedule
