  • Providing support to the Accounting / Admin. Department, including data entry, filing, copying, and e-mailing
  • Preparing payables
  • Preparing billings, receipts, and others
  • Answer phones and emails
  • Maintain files of bills and invoices
  • Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Admin.
    • Administrative office experience
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
    • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
