Fleet & Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or a related field.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs.

Ability to assess and negotiate market prices for vehicle parts and services.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage drivers and collaborate with other departments.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes.
