We are looking for a customer service representative to join our financial account services team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also assist with account management and provide support to our sales and operations teams.

Qualifications :

• At least 21 years old before applying
• At least SHS Grad (if New Curriculum) or HS Grad (if Old Curriculum)
• Excellent English communications skills
• At least 24 months call center experience or customer service experience combined
• Amenable to work onsite
