Job Summary :
Handle customer calls, chats, or emails to help them book, change, or cancel hotel reservations. Provide information about hotels, prices, and services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
Take calls or messages from customers about hotel bookings.
Help customers make, modify, or cancel reservations.
Give correct information about hotel rooms, rates, and offers.
Solve customer issues politely and quickly.
Update booking details accurately in the system.
Meet daily targets and maintain quality standards.
Requirements :
Good English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-friendly attitude.
Experience in BPO or hotel reservations is a plus (freshers can apply).
