About the Role
We’re looking for an Ad Operations Specialist who will manage paid search and social media campaigns, analyze performance data and optimize digital strategies. This role requires expertise in paid media operations, analytics and collaboration to deliver measurable results for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and optimize paid search, programmatic, display and social campaigns.
- Conduct performance analysis and generate actionable recommendations.
- Manage PPC campaigns (conceptualization, management, optimization, reporting).
- Provide insights on landing page effectiveness and campaign improvements.
- Develop strategies for paid social campaigns across platforms.
- Utilize analytics tools for campaign tracking, reporting, and presentations.
- Collaborate across teams to align campaign strategies and ensure client goals are met.
- Stay updated on search and social media trends, integrating best practices.
- Apply knowledge of digital marketing channels, A / B testing, and full-funnel strategy.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads or similar platforms).Strong knowledge of digital marketing and advertising trends.Proficient with Google Suite tools (especially Google Sheets).Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Organized and adept at using digital collaboration tools (Google Drive, Asana).Team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.Customer-focused, with passion for delivering outstanding results.
