HR Generalist

Urgent Hiring : HR Generalist

Location : BGC (Onsite)

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.) and payroll processing
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and data analysis; experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
