DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.

Contribute creative concepts, storyboards, and design proposals to ensure effective visual communication.

Digital Art Creation: Use digital tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), 3D modeling and animation software (Maya, Blender), and other multimedia platforms, to create visual assets, illustrations, animations, and graphic designs that align with project requirements.

Motion Graphics and Animation: Create visually appealing and dynamic motion graphics and animations for various purposes, including videos, presentations, websites, and interactive applications.

Apply principles of timing, movement, and visual effects to enhance the storytelling and engagement of the multimedia content.

Video Editing: Edit and enhance video footage, integrating animations, special effects, and audio elements.

Use video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to achieve seamless transitions, create visual narratives, and deliver high-quality video content.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with creative director, designers, animators, programmers, and other professionals in a collaborative environment to bring multimedia projects to fruition.

Collaborate effectively, share ideas, provide feedback, and integrate feedback received to refine and improve the final deliverables.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and budgets.

Coordinate with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and track progress to meet client expectations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality multimedia content.

Technical Expertise: Stay up to date with advancements in multimedia technologies, software tools, and industry trends.

Continually enhance technical skills and explore new techniques to expand the range and quality of multimedia content produced.

JOB SPECIFICATION: ​​​​​​​ A bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist or in a similar role.

Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other industry-standard tools to create visual assets, illustrations, and graphic designs.

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Maya to create visually engaging and dynamic animations and visual effects.

Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve to edit and enhance video footage, integrate animations, and create compelling visual narratives.

Understanding of 3D modeling and animation software like Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D to create 3D models, textures, rigging, and animations for various applications, including games, films, or product visualization.

Familiarity with audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Audacity to edit and enhance audio elements, mix soundtracks, and create sound effects for multimedia projects.

Demonstrates a clear understanding of the company's vision and mission, and is able to effectively communicate them to others.

Maintains a thorough understanding of company rules and regulations, and consistently adheres to them in all work activities.

Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and is adaptable to working in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently.
