Job Description

  • Marketplace Management : Monitor and manage product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplaces. Optimize listings for better visibility and sales.
  • Sales Growth : Execute strategies to boost revenue, analyze sales data, and adjust pricing and promotional tactics.
  • Customer Success : Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to ensure a positive experience and enhance loyalty.
  • Inventory & Order Management : Manage inventory, ensure product availability, and ensure timely order fulfillment to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Media Creation : Create promotional visuals, banners, and videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.

  • Sales generated across marketplace

    • Requirements

  • Excellent command of both verbal and written English
  • Familiar with marketplace dashboard is a bonus (For executing campaigns & promotions)
  • Familiar with marketing mechanics and promotions
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail in managing product listings, pricing, and customer interactions.

  • Continuous learning attitude to stay updated about the latest trends and compliances across marketplaces
  • Degree Holder
  • Real hands on experience with track record more important than academic qualifications

    • Requirements

    Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with AngularJS, PHP, and Ionic Framework is required.Understanding of mobile-first design and responsive UI principles. Experience working with RESTful APIs, MySQL, or Firebase is a bonus. Good command of English communication – verbal and written. Comfortable using GitHub, Bitbucket, or other version control systems. Proactive attitude – able to work independently and solve problems creatively.Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a bonus. Past experience deploying apps to Google Play Store or Apple App Store is a plus. Bonus if you’ve worked with Shopify / WIX, though not necessary.
