About the Role :
The Trade Marketing Manager will lead and execute strategic trade, brand, and event marketing initiatives across the Philippines. This position plays a pivotal role in driving brand visibility, retail marketing execution, and customer engagement through both traditional and digital channels.
The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on, and results-driven, with experience managing marketing campaigns for consumer electronics, appliances, or audio products. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and on-ground execution, managing a small team and external vendors to deliver successful brand activations and events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic trade marketing plans that support brand growth and retail performance.
- Plan, lead, and implement nationwide trade and brand events, including dealer conventions, mall activations, company anniversaries, and product launches.
- Manage end-to-end marketing event execution — from concept to post-event evaluation — ensuring timeliness, quality, and ROI.
- Lead the creation of marketing campaigns that drive traffic, awareness, and conversion across physical and online retail channels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Develop and manage e-commerce marketing campaigns in coordination with major platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
- Ensure brand consistency and monitor campaign performance through analytics and market insights.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on market and competitor trends to inform campaign strategies and new opportunities.
- Act as an on-site leader during events and activations, ensuring smooth logistics and flawless execution.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and key provincial cities for major marketing events and retail visits.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.At least 3 years of solid experience in Trade Marketing, preferably within the consumer electronics, appliances, or audio industry.Proven experience in :○ Brand launches and campaign execution

○ Company anniversaries or large-scale corporate events
○ Digital and e-commerce marketing
Must be highly creative, execution-focused, and adaptable across multiple marketing disciplines.Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven experience motivating and guiding a team.Excellent project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination capabilities.Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and external partners.Willing to work on-site in Taguig City, with occasional travel to key provincial locations.Why Join Us :
