About the role
As an Accounting Staff at SMARTHAUS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company's financial reporting processes. This full-time role is based in Bakakeng Central, Baguio City and will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization.
What you'll be doing
Accurately recording financial transactions in the company's accounting system
Preparing and processing invoices, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
Providing support for internal and external audits
Maintaining a strong understanding of relevant accounting principles and regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
What we're looking for
Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the property or real estate industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of financial reporting standards and accounting best practices
