Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Develop and implement comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Create audits, recommendations, and optimize engaging LinkedIn profiles for the company and key executives.
- Generate compelling content tailored for the LinkedIn audience, including posts, articles, and multimedia content.
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn network, fostering meaningful connections and relationships (i.e. upkeep, outreach).
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and Social Selling Index (SSI) to track the performance of campaigns, content, and overall engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LinkedIn strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis on LinkedIn to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Implement paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and optimize for maximum ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations for the continuous improvement of LinkedIn marketing efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a LinkedIn Specialist or similar role focusing on B2B and B2C marketing within the LinkedIn platform.In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's features, algorithms, and best practices.Knowledgeable in 3rd party tools for LinkedIn such as close.io, apollo.io, DuxSoup, Loxo, Walaaxy, PhantomBuster, etc.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.Proficient in using LinkedIn Analytics, Social Selling Index (SSI) and other relevant tools to measure performance.Experience with paid advertising on LinkedIn, including campaign setup and optimisation.Creative thinking and the ability to tailor content to different target audiences.Strong task management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Can work part-time EST hoursBenefits
