Oversees daily store operations, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains inventory. They are responsible for implementing company policies, monitoring store performance, and driving sales. Their role is crucial in bridging the gap between store employees and management, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Staff Management : Supervising, training, motivating, and scheduling store employees.
• Customer Service : Ensuring excellent customer service, handling complaints, and resolving issues.
• Inventory Management : Overseeing inventory levels, monitoring stock, and coordinating with purchasing or vendors.
• Store Operations : Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and safe, and implementing security measures.
• Sales and Performance : Monitoring sales performance, implementing marketing strategies, and meeting sales targets.
• Policy Implementation : Enforcing company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to management.
• Communication : Communicating effectively with staff, customers, and upper management.
