Branch Head - 3 Yrs Experience In Bank - Bacolod

Qualifications :

With significant and extensive experience in bank operations and marketing.

A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience as Branch Operations Officer in the banking industry.

Honest, trustworthy with team leadership skills.

Can develop and achieve business targets consistently.

Able to source new business opportunities.

With excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities :

Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, ensuring high performance.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Monitor branch performance and implement improvements as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Manage branch budgets and control expenses effectively.

Ensure branch facilities are maintained to high standards.

SALARY RANGE : Php 35,000 - 40,000

WORK SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday ( 8 : 15 AM - 5 : 30 PM)
